We are seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our busy Dispute Resolution department.

The successful candidate will work alongside our existing team and have at least 4 years’ experience of dispute resolution work in both the High and County Courts including but not limited to the following areas of law: contract disputes, contentious probate, landlord and tenant disputes (both commercial and residential), commercial disputes and partnership disputes.

In addition, the successful candidate will also have experience of the resolution of disputes at mediation and/or ADR.

The successful candidate will join a team of experienced solicitors that have a wealth of experience of dealing with a wide range of disputes, both commercial and personal.
