Steven is a qualified Solicitor and joined our firm’s residential conveyancing team in November 2021.
Having previously worked for another well-known North-East law firm, Steven brought with him a whole host of residential property experience.
Here at Richard Reed, on a day-to-day basis, Steven advises clients from initial instruction through to completion on:
– Both freehold and leasehold purchases and sales
– Buy to let properties
– Right to buy purchases
– Lease extensions
– Re-mortgages
– New build properties and unregistered land; and
– Transfers of equity
Outside of the work, Steven likes to spend time with his family, watch live music and football and is currently learning to play the drums.
