Kathryn Musgrove

Kathryn graduated from Northumbria University with an MLaw Exempting degree in 2016. Following her university studies, she began her training contract at a local law firm where she qualified as a solicitor in 2019. Having 9 years’ experience in Conveyancing before joining Richard Reed, Kathryn has a wealth of experience in a wide range of Conveyancing matters.

Kathryn deals with Freehold/Leasehold Residential sales and purchases, Shared Ownership matters, New Build purchases, Right to Buy, Equity Release transactions, Deed of Variations, Purchase of Freehold reversions, Transfer of Equity and Voluntary First Registration. She advises clients from initial instruction through to completion and prides herself on building excellent working relationships with her clients.

Outside of work Kathryn enjoys spending time with her family and friends and going on holiday to catch some sun.
