Hannah Cullen

Hannah Cullen completed her LL.B and LPC with a Master’s degree at the University of Sunderland. During her studies, she served as President of the University of Sunderland Student Law Society and supported the University’s Law Clinic in securing an award at the House of Commons for its fundraising efforts.

Hannah completed her training contract at a Durham-based law firm in March 2026, having previously worked there as a paralegal. During this time, she gained experience across a range of areas including Court of Protection, Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property.

At Richard Reed Solicitors, Hannah advises clients throughout the conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion. She assists with a wide range of residential property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold purchases and sales
• Buy-to-let properties
• Right-to-buy purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity

Hannah is committed to providing clear, practical advice and supporting clients through what is often one of life’s most important transactions.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and dining out.
