Carole joined us in 2019 and provides support right across the business.

Her day to day duties include general administration such as filing, photocopying, archiving and helping on reception where she assists our clients either on the telephone or face to face.   

Carole also assists our busy accounts department where her responsibilities include taking card payments, inputting those and payments made via other means into our accounts system and generally helping our Head of Finance in the smooth running of the department.

Carole is extremely organised and has a real attention to detail.  This, coupled with her friendly interpersonal skills, really does make her a valued employee of Richard Reed.

When not looking after us and our clients, Carole loves gardening, spending time with her family, listening to music and socialising with friends.
