Having recently undertaken a brand review, we today unveil our new tagline, core values and website to support our firm’s continued evolution.

After months of hard work and dedication, we are now delighted to officially announce the launch of our new website

We will always hold our firm’s heritage close to our hearts but we have, over recent years, gone through some exciting changes and now with our forward-thinking leadership team in place, we feel that the site truly reflects who we are and where we are going.

Aside from having a fresh new attractive look that takes us away from our past “traditional law firm” feel, our website has been designed to provide user-friendly navigation that allows visitors to find what they need, quickly and easily.

Another of our main goals was to ensure that the new site provided comprehensive information around the legal services that we provide for both individuals and businesses whilst also providing much needed initial advice (via our guidance articles in the news section) on legal matters for those in search of answers.

Just as importantly, our firm’s values and key messages are now clear throughout the site too.

Our new tagline: “Big enough to know. Small enough to care.”

Our new tagline really embodies what we are all about. As a smaller (but big enough) practice with a strong team of 32 lawyers and support personnel on hand, we can ensure an expert, bespoke and personal service, every time.

Our clients have quick access to their dedicated legal representative too and they will take the time to listen, understand and support them throughout their case.

Our core values

Our new values actually aren’t all that new, we just haven’t written them down before but now we have and we can hand on heart say that each value set out below really does influence, guide and structure everything we do for our clients and when we’re interacting with our colleagues. 

Results driven: We get the job done. Our team are motivated and driven to succeed and we pour passion and energy into every case to ensure a positive and satisfactory outcome for our clients.

Agile: No two people or businesses are the same. We adapt our approach and services to match the requirements of our clients and those of our colleagues.

Proactive: We work with clients and our colleagues to consciously strive to anticipate, identify and prevent future problems from happening.  

Teamwork: We know first-hand just how much our clients can benefit from us having a collaborative team approach. All our employees, each with their own expert knowledge and skill, actively come together to work as a team, in all aspects of our business. This approach allows us to ensure our clients receive full and best advice, every step of the way.

Supportive: We welcome and invite conversations with both our clients and colleagues alike. We embrace and respect individual opinion and will take the time to listen and offer solutions.
