Coronavirus (COVID-19): Advice & guidance for our clients and other visitors
Due to the recent Government announcement regarding increased social distancing we have, for the safety and protection of our clients, other visitors and our employees, taken the decision from 9:00 am Monday 23 March 2020 and until further notice, to no longer accept visitors to our offices at 3-6 Frederick Street, Sunderland, SR1 1NA.
Appointments, Meetings & Home Visits
This unfortunate but necessary decision does mean that we will be unable to offer face to face appointments to meet with our valued existing clients or any new or past clients that need our help.
Also, we will not be able to offer home visits at this time.
Despite these precautions, please be assured that it is BUSINESS AS USUAL here at Richard Reed Solicitors and all of our dedicated legal experts and skilled support personnel will continue to be on hand to assist you with your legal matter via telephone, email or Skype (video call).
Home Working & Confidentiality
For some of our employees, the increased social distancing measures will mean that they will now have to work remotely from home. This will in no way affect our usual great service and we will continue to respond to your communications with us in the same professional and timely manner that you have come to expect from us.
Working from home is not unusual for our employees as we already promote flexible working across the firm. Due to this forward planning, we are pleased to advise that we already have the highest possible IT security measures in place so that your data and details of your legal matter are always kept confidential.
Paying your invoice or making a payment on account
Unfortunately, as we are unable to accept visitors to our offices, we will be unable to accept cash payments or payment via bank card.
Any payments that you wish to make should be made via bank transfer only.
