
Having joined the firm in 2003 as a Family Law Solicitor, Sarah became an Owner Director in 2009 and was elected as Managing Director in 2017.
As Managing Director, Sarah now spearheads the management and strategic development and growth of the practice. As part of this multi-faceted role, one of Sarah’s main responsibilities is to ensure that we continually look to improve on our processes in order that we consistently deliver outstanding legal services to both our individual and business clients.
Sarah is also our firm’s Compliance Officer ensuring that we adhere to all external legal and ethical regulations, whilst meeting the needs of our business goals.
When it comes to our firm’s inclusive culture and core values, Sarah is particularly proud that every employee, no matter what level of their career, has a voice here at Richard Reed. After all, as a firm, we’d be nothing without our whole team.
At home, Sarah enjoys swimming and running regularly and spending time with her family.
